I have an opportunity to work under a team setup, at one of the larger brokerages, where the team leader is willing to take me under their wing, show me the ropes, take me out on appointments, refer me business and we do a negotiated split agreement in addition to the brokerage agreement.  

He and the group leader did an awesome analysis of creating a Toronto tri-plex using the BRRR strategy which showed how it really is possible to get cash-flow in TO. 

Our property management fee is 9%, which is 1% lower than that of Memphis Invest (another high quality outfit and an industry leader).6.

Needless to say, I accomplished that goal last month and owe all of my success to date, to BiggerPockets, GAREIA and the amazing leaders and experts that I have learned from along the way.

There are some PML organizations, such as Christian, Catholic and other religious based organizations, whose mission is to help minorities and first time homeowners to get into homeownership and real estate.

I listen religiously.  

I am always looking to network and find quality leaders.

I am religiously studying Peter Harris videos and books on C.R.E, Apartments, and the foundation of number how to analyze a Property.
