I do feel the Grenspan was and always was a puppet for what ever president that was in office.

I started as an Architect Major but after a year switched into Business Management because the life style was more for me..plus I was not a very good architect lol.During my time at Philadelphia University I furthered my Soccer Referee Career (I have been a referee since I was 13) and because President of the Sigma Nu Chapter at my school. 

Real Estate is a great way to build long term wealth, make passive income and get your net worth sky high... it is not as simple as some people say.. but if you stick around and be president it will be worth it!!

As President of CFRI, a Not for Profit, and 17 year member, we are the better value for learning how to become an investor.We have more classes, more meetings and more members.You also get a varied opinions instead of just one person.GOREIA is not bad, Robyn has positive attributes for sure, CFRI is just dramatically better.

What do you guys think will be the impact of our new President's immigration stance on the housing values, vacancies, apartment rents etc...especially in the Phoenix area considering majority of renters are Hispanics.

I'm surprised it couldn't see who the next president would be.
