BTW- I am a CA girl in TN cause CA is too expensive for me at this time.

This girl was stuck, she knew I'd be upset over the condition of the unit and she just vanished on me.

As they say- girl power!

So he bought the house with the owners knowing that he was going to make 65 dollars profit and sold May 12 to the girl who made the 400 thousand dollars offer.

I asked 2 of the girls who’s cat was in the window and they blamed it on another girl.

I'm so sorry this happened to you but thank God it was not the tenants' little girls.

Hi John Teachout, yes I've literally had prospects come in excited about the unit (it's been fully renovated so I'm confident it's not the condition, and it has a security fence surrounding the unit for safety), they walk back to their car, and later that night I get a message to my phone from them saying, "my family agrees with me that the neighbors across the street are a concern...they're thinking it's not safe" or "I don't know what's up with those people across the street but I need to protect my little girl"... these are literal messages I've gotten :-/ 

Prior to her nap, the little girl was playing in the kitchen with the pots and pans before her parents laid her down for a two-hour nap.
