Plus there is an "advance investors' group and a "beginner's" group as well as a "women in real estate" group.

The women in that group are extemely knowledgeable, and have great resources.

I think there are a couple other women in town who have quite a bit of rentals and run the other hotel.

Then, believe it or not, most building inspectors are honest men/women that don't get paid off (that's in the movies) If you've done your due diligence on the contractor, and he/she passed that, more than likely they are professionals and aren't going to "brush off" the punch list, but want to do a good job to earn future business. 

Hi Brandon,  Big fan of your podcasts, and often you ask, "why not more women investors?"  

They have monthly meetings, a women's investor group (WIN) and have a weekend (guru) seminar monthly (reasonably priced, usually good info, you don't have to buy the guru program to get a lot out of it)Also there are many meetup groups that are local and good for networking.  3 that I attend - and recommend - are CAZA Real Estate Investors, CAZA Haymarket Real Estate Investors, and REI Roundtable.

I would just say that I just went to the expo and during the keynote that owner Del decided to drop the N word twice to prove that he can and also kept joking how his wife didn't like he dated black women.

   $85 on one from $1500 to 1585 and 85 on another from 1200 to 1285 a single women works at a local univresity way under rent.
