Current renters are 62+ or disabled and like it there and could get a voucher with section 8 to pay for my price of current market rent and take it out of section 515 program.

When I went onto long term disability my company laid me off and I've been unable to find work since.

As a disabled person I must use a property management company.  

This medical professional shall be local (in town) and not internet based.The Landlord requires a verification form to be completed by licensed mental heath professional, confirming the tenant's physical/emotional/psychiatric disability.

It's not bankruptable and only goes away if you pay it off, become permanently disabled or you die.  

We called and he says he is waiting for is disability to come.  

That is all there is in the budget for [ not sure how long we can wait for another deal as my son is disabled and my husband and I both very ill, though we both feel good right now] We ARE  paying to have an engineer come out Thursday because of what the realtor said about there being no cracks and such that come with foundations moving.  

So I'm hunting for any type of loan that I might qualify for due to a disability or disadvantage It's probably a long shot...but...If anyone knows of anything, please sen it my way.Thanks again for the feedback, and taking the time to read.  

Also, I am currently self-employed with minimum income as I have previously been disabled.

The lady is disabled, does not have any money besides what the state gives her, and cannot afford a loan at all.
