Hello All!!
I am just really getting serious about real estate investing, flipping, selling, the whole 9 yards. I live in a city with about 90k people and there are good deals popping up left and right. Just in January home sales were up 75% over last year for the same month. Up 40% for last month. I have lived here my entire life and have such a deep network that it is time for me to start tapping into the network. I have purchased 2 investment properties in the last year, I will have my real estate license in two weeks. I'm looking for advice on finding good deals and investing in those deals, I'm looking for maybe a mentor. I also think I could source out good deals to offer the BP community. Like I said, I am just ready to engulf myself into REI and I want to own it! Looking forward to meeting and learning from everyone!
