You are an accredited investor (net worth more than $1M or combined income greater than $300K) and not only are ALL investment open to you, but the different portals will court you for your business.

Hi Shiv,Busy professionals who earn solid incomes and can qualify for accredited investor status have some unique opportunities to create significant passive income by investing in real estate syndication run by experts that focus on specific real estate market niches such as MF apartments, student housing, storage units, etc.  

However, you typically have to be an accredited investor to participate.

Most of these deals require accredited investor status (google definition for U.S.) and allow you to be limited partners. 

Good deals are hard to come by and if the numbers work and you know some accredited investors with resources, it will go quick.

Not accredited just yet, so I can’t invest in syndications 😞
