I've had good luck with it on several occasions.

I still hear hear of deals there along with Lake Orion on occasion) but it wasn't "BS" in that I wasn't attempting to be deceptive of misleading.My point was that Detroit, like Flint, has systemic problems that are beyond all hope and no amount of external intervention can save it from itself.

I have never heard of banks refusing to lend to folks without an LLC for a residence rental, but have heard it for commercial property on occasion.

I have used Michael Plum on several occasions, as have a few other members of BiggerPockets.

In certain circumstances that timeframe can be stretched out to 1 year but that is only very rare occasions.

If anyone has any feedback for them Id greatly appreciate it.After speaking to Henry P, they seem to have a great process and are focused on the investors need, and they come recommended from an investor who I've meet a couple of times on occasion.
