Ever Heard of Carnegie Capital, LP? Reviews and Experiences

Hello,

I was curious if anyone has heard of or conducted business with Carnegie Capital, LP? They seem to be based in Atlanta Georga, however, I am unable to find any reviews on the company. They seem to operate by assisting you in buying a home, providing renovation services, and property management. If anyone has any feedback for them Id greatly appreciate it.

After speaking to Henry P, they seem to have a great process and are focused on the investors need, and they come recommended from an investor who I've meet a couple of times on occasion. Wanting to finally acquire my first rental property, Is starting off with a not well-known company a good idea despite the recommendation?
