I want to preserve it the best I can and I am sure there are people that exit perhaps 5 to 10 years ago and did better with a truly passive investment than with rentals.After turning 40 (I am 43 now) I keep wondering this....

That all makes sense to me but it makes me wonder how can you be "financially free" or even just start building wealth if you are 100's of thousands of dollars in debt at all times.

Albuquerque is already such a wonderful place to live and do business so I am all for anything that will make it even better.  

Plenty of things in kitchen so people don't need to wonder if they can make XYZ in there.Once you get it all setup, it should go pretty smooth.
