Our Realtor freaked out just by the fact that we had to sign a disclosure document to even see the property, as the listing Agent's company did not want to be held liable if anyone was dumb enough to enter without the proper protective gear.

You might want to see which ones are more investor oriented and which ones are really more geared towards property managers.Good luck with your selection process.

Other sites like Dwolla are not geared specifically to landlord/tenant, but can accommodate bank transfers.
