Congratulations @Matt Taschner   the wait can be a bit of nervous anticipitation, but its sure nice when the come back and accept your price, especially when you could have gone higher.  

Very well versed with fix and flip (help create a full scope of work with phasing if you are new or out of state), we have three teams of contractors to get jobs done quicky (all licensed), long and short term rentals, and love the PadSplit concept for greater returns.

The reality of the situation is that your network is your network because you work well together.

@Rajendran Subramaniam looking at it from a 7-10 year lens I'd say the Texas market would provide the strongest return and that'll mainly be through appreciation.

The loan would be $1M+.

Vs Wells Fargo or whomever. 

You'll do well if you're this disciplined at 18!

If you sell it, buyers typically prefer it to be vacant so they can pick there tenant, so I would not be worried about that.

Travel will be part of what I do with this.
