Most propspective tenants can't visualize what the space will look like.

All of this is assuming the property is dated and in need of those types of visual improvements.Always keep in mind you are much better off matching renovations of the higher price point within your area, but not doing more.

But a small business of storing small, inert, items that presents no visual impact for others or other concerns really isn't something you can say a person can not be employed in doing, infringe on the livelihood. 

.,  My advice would be to put yourself in the buyer's shoes and mentally walk in the house for the first time so you can visualize their reaction.  

I am used to read the pages of specbook and basically visualize the material and labor costs.

Where as someone purchasing a home for myself, I have a certain visual of what I want.

Visualize where you want your real estate activities to be in 10 years, work backwards and write down all the actions it will take to get there.

I agree, show it once it is complete.Most people can not visualize what it could be.

As i was riding, i was trying to figure out what i was going to say and visualize my steps but as i knocked on the first door no one answer.

I have no visual proof it was the tenant, but the cover was not missing before.
