He's not selling D-class junk to unsuspecting investors like that one guy we like to meme but IMO he's too sale-sy and often bases his teachings around what he wants one to do (buy his programs and invest in his company), which tends to happen when someone has programs or something else they want to sell.

I'm sure there are some great mentors out there but from what I've seen out here in San Diego, these mentors are making more money on each unsuspecting student than they are on each of their deals, heck they mentor more students than they have ever done deals.

I think much of what goes on in these temporary housing situations is just do what you can get away with.I see all sorts of Australian and British marketing companies hawking what amounts to hotel rooms in North Dakota to unsuspecting investors and telling them they are buying a room , Like it was a condo or something.. totally out there and who knows were it will end.End of the day its temp housing unless you plan on keeping these long term
