I have another question for you: Do you work with inner city real estate, and if so, do you find it difficult to unload a rehabbed/ updated property that should hold a significant value do to increase in neighborhood deterioration/ crime rates?

There was a huge shutdown on foreclosures so that gap is finally working its way into the lack of inventory.I'm guessing that there will be a huge unloading of foreclosures in the next 6 to 9 months that will drive prices back down.

The problem I have is that the vast majority want money to help out or they want to unload a house to me, and I get the feeling they want to unload a bad deal to me cause I am new.
