It’s typically advisable/required to add the “owner/agent” in the public notes, though an actual signed disclosure form may be required for this too.As a side note, for a few hundred bucks you could probably track down the previous owner, get a release or QCD from them to clear title.....this assumes it’s Only the owner who could protest the sale....as opposed to other lien holders, of any.

At the very least, this is bad form if the landlord allows this in light of the protestations of the other tenant.

You simply go and un-arm the alarm before they get there and come back to reset it and change the combo code after they are gone.In my experience, I have found that many agents are careless and do not lock doors, leave windows open, leave lights on, etc.

Right and the purpose of the First Amendment is to guarantee groups like those protesting the Viet Nam war in the 1960's and those opposing the war in Iraq were not summarily arrested and their views silenced.The law suit you have described so far is not a free speech issue since no government agency has prevented you from saying anything you want about anyone or anything.
