I just spent about 100 on 2 big sautee pans with lids, big sauce pan, small stockpot and omelette pan. 

Simply getting started and continuing in your efforts every day is where the secret sauce is.If you wake up and decide every day you’re going to do one small thing to achieve your goals, it’ll ultimately end up with you doing at least that one small thing and maybe snowball into something even greater.Today, my one thing, was writing 40 direct mail letters to my small list of 250 properties.

There is no magic sauce to building these. 

(a) completely ignores the housing crisis and does nothing but pour BBQ sauce on themselves for the impending roasting they will get come election time (b) all of a sudden gains about a bajillion IQ points, starts doing all kinds of smart things, everything get's way better and it's a new middle class rally of prosperity (c) says "omg, we gotta do something" and runs to the "MOOOoo MONEY" button and starts hitting that thing like nobodys business, pumping out cash to fund whatever "solution" of the dilemma of the day.It's literally how things work now, they just throw $ at it, that's how things are done.   

And from the STMA area you can easily access any area really, including Central MN which has the 3rd largest metro-plex in the state where I don't want to give away my secret sauce but most recent purchase analysis as of last night was a 18.6% COC and 28.9% COC.

Marketers you find google searching are focusing on better websites and more traffic, local people have not impressed me as having a secret sauce to get over this hump.  

When getting into REI statistics and averages are ONLY data, they do not translate into results no more then buying a tomatoes translates into a pizza, it is 1 ingredient in the mix that requires ACTIVE work, efforts and actions to create the end result and HOW the process is done has the greatest impact upon output. 

Unfortunately, there is no secret sauce.

Funny bit- a ton of tomatoes grew in the woods behind the property late that summer.
