You can toss out what's obvious garbage, and they suggest you store anything that looks like it's of value for a reasonable time, and send the tenant info to come get their stuff by X date.http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/handling-te...It looks like different cities and counties in Ohio have different court websites, and without looking closely, it looks possible the procedures may be different depending on where you are, so Google your city or county and "housing court evictions"This one for Cleveland says you need to first serve a 3 day notice to pay or quit, wait 3 business days, then start the eviction through Housing Court.http://clevelandhousingcourt.org/hc_fq_b.html

The banks have never let us put less than 1k em here on FLThey let you out $500 down if te property is under $50,000 (I think that's the magic number) otherwise anything over would require $1000, and that's fine, but your selling this, your not a bank.

So before you buy a restaurant, you need to know enough about running a restaurant to be able to go over te figures and know if they are realistic and to recognize what is being left out of the expenses column.Restaurants are deeply affected by new restaurants in the area, changes in roads, bad management, bad press, and just plain fickle public.Restaurants in my area are having a very hard time with the very steep increases in the prices of their main ingredients.

There's a lot of stable employment in the area such as several multi-billion dollar companies that have a presence in the area (Hershey, TE Connectivity, Phoenix Contact, Rite Aide, ) as well as many Federal jobs on top of all the state jobs that @Bill Goodland mentioned.
