If you can split each into 3 or more lots and put a 2020 mobile home on each lot, I think you would get more bang for your buck.

I see their ads pop on my social media and I think there are some scare tactics. 

@Malcolm Brown it is great that you are thinking of the money to fund the deals you are going to get started with but understanding what a deal is, I think, should be the starting point.

I'm thinking if I ask the tenant to pay the other half, I'll probably need to make an amendment to the lease to reflect that.
