I guess there's a little part of me that's kind of shy in connecting with new people, especially in unfamiliar territory, but it's also excites me. 

Perhaps one of those investors is looking to branch out into fix and flip territory.

If you are riding on a single syndication to fund your retirement, then I think you are in classically risky territory.

Now you are in “brokering without a license” territory and that comes with fines and all sorts of other consequences that you dont want.

Many dogs are territorial, HOWEVER, the method I'm describing here is nowhere NEAR full proof because if there is a service dog in training, that dog could literally be adjusting to the public that it's being trained to take care of it's handler in. 

So this is new territory for me.

@Ken Breeze  The people you are dealing with are probably venturing in to new territory for them. 

We have never had this issue with any other tenant so we are in new territory. 

Second, you need to cover a wide territory with minimum time so don't waste too much time on unmotivated sellers.
