Scott, I don't know if you discuss this in one of your newer books, but I would really appreciate your advice on how I can finance a deal.Recently the owner of a property in Wheaton MD about 15 minutes of brisk walk to the metro station is trying to sell me his house and he wants to sell it  quick this Spring.

That is essentially what I did back when I first got stationed out here but with a rental because I knew nothing about RE.

There is also Metro North train station in Poughkeepsie to Grand Central NYC. 

Yeah go to the closest gas station and sit there for 10 min, who is going in and out are more people walking in than cars, the location of an investment is the one thing that you can't change.

Total cost of the downtown streetcar project remains $102 million for a 2.2-mile route (with 4.4 miles of track running both ways) from River Market to near rebuilt  Union Station.

Under 10 min drive to Montclair State University, Upper Montclair NJ Transit station and close to route 3/garden state parkway intersection in a great kid-friendly neighborhood.With 4 bed and 1.5 bath the current layout is ideal for a family.

Everyone knows about this issue but there is no radio station that will convince me there is a massive invasion of terrorists, gang members, trafficers, drug dealers and people who will make us all pay their welfare.

My son is involved in creative hub worcester to try to revive south Main and you do have union station development so they are making an effort but it will take time.

I’ve inherited an older house near Kanamecho station in Tokyo.

If you have little to no capital that is understandable, but note that trying to jump on a bandwagon that has left the station already might not be the best course of action...
