I have leads from Niles Southwest Michigan, Great Cacapon  West Virginia  and  Cleveland Ohio. 

In general, the good areas are west, north west, south, south west, and south east for the metropolitan areas.

I am looking for MFP in Houston as well, and by looking at Trulia, I'd say to stay away from this (look at map below, it's south-west Houston) area, as you can see a lot of it is red.

We have inventory throughout Southwest Florida including Cape Coral.

I live in the Pacific Northwest, I'm a bit priced out of the market, I'm attracted to buying a duplex or fourplex in some state in the Southwest or Southeast where I can better afford to buy, I would like to move there and live in one of the units, but it seems like an overwhelming project to decide where to buy it seems there are a lot of factors involved and it's difficult for me to come to a decision.

Pretty far out of my territory here in the southwest to help on the actual growing side, but if you ever need someone to run things past to poke holes/lend ideas, I'm here!
