The better the rates, lenders generally want to see more experience, higher credit, occupancy and DSCR requirements.

@Reeti PeshawariaThis is a bit tricky to do since STR regulations are an emerging political topic so regulations are consistently shifting.

For example, I own two large multifamily buildings, and when I tried to get a tax exemption for them, I had different experiences.

I know when it comes to many cities there are long permit processes and also there are specific air laws that go into each city.I would love to hear a story that goes over an experience pertaining to developing/rehabbing a property in the DC area.
