Haha that's the $1B question almost every real estate investor asks... if there was a secret website like Zillow for investors then it wouldn't make much sense since every investors would be able to access it and bid up the prices. 

I think we will need to do this sadly..Well, I can't give away all my secrets!

I've made it no secret that I think 99% of sub-to deals are immoral at best and in some cases downright mortgage fraud.

But it's no secret that STRs have taken a hit recently and this is a thread of hot takes after all

I read "The Secret Life of Real Estate and Banking" by Philip J Anderson and he frequently cites Fred Harrison's work on the 18 year real estate cycle.

It's no longer secret that even in SF most real estates are bought by the startup of founders of the tech 21 bonanza.  

The next class will be a few hundred$, and maybe you can network more, but there's likely to be more classes costing thousand$.And even the Gurus will tell you, their "secrets" won't help you if you don't put in the effort.

Consider getting a credit card or doing other responsible actions to build credit if you don't currently have any.Note that the secret to real estate investing is patience.

If there's a "secret sauce" at all, that's it.Now, can you juice your cash flow a bit with STRs/MTRs or house-hacking?

Your choice: Listen to the agent selling it to you and reaping the potentially large comission or listen to someone who knows the tricks and secrets and then go buy it from whomever you want.
