The result for a background check using Zillow Rental Property Manager's site came back with a result of "N/A".

I'm a beginner as well, but have been reading this site enough to see the recommended (over and over) approach is to leverage your presumably un-tied-down youth to move every 2 years, each time using 3.5% down payments to buy multifamily buildings / house hacks. 

While both involve finding and properly securing a site and bringing it to full entitlement, the ground-up process includes the land piece but gets way more involved and complex to execute.The full "Monty" for ground-up development needs to include financial literacy, an explanation of metrics, and how they work.

Just like the BRRR that is talked about on this site.. shoot we were doing those 30 years ago.. we just called it cash out refi.. so you take someone who just brands it and folks think is some great idea that was just created..  

I own a duplex property (I do not live on site) and I'm renting out the 2 bed/1 bath back house.

Joseph, the best method for you would probably be the MLS or sites like realtor.com etc.

I couldn't find anything too specific on the site.

@Drew Sygit Yeah I think what I'm going to do at first is what @Michael Paling recommends and try to manage myself in a multifam that I house hack so at least I'll be on site.
