For the new business (and we're in coastal Massachusetts), I chose the name Clear Sailing Realty.  

While your parents should certainly take advantage of all the deductions they can, the ship has more or less sailed on 2016 personal income taxes.

Is Whole Sailing the only method for someone with little to no money in the real estate business?
