Some will quit, putting a strain on the current staff.

I certainly don’t plan on halting my investing, so my other option is just to keep investing in Columbus (where I believe I’ll end back up at the end of this rotation anyways) as I move to different locations and essentially become an out of state investor.

So yes I have a W-2 job through the program but it is based on semester rotations so I only work one semester at a time, hence the issue.

If the categories were fixed so you could manage your purchases better it would be a much better card.Vantage West Credit Union CC lets you pick a 5% category that does not rotate. 

I want to help him get out of this bizarre situation and the idea of "I can't" is really mentally straining to me.

@John Bradley - Thanks a bunch for the mention.Hey @Ryan Reynebeau - I'd warn you that you need a good and reputable contractor regardless of the 203k loan or not lol but the 203k loan definitely comes with more paperwork and financial strains on contractors.  

It puts a larger strain on utilities and opens the door for arguments within the couple themselves.

There is also the problem of over crowded court dockets that may slow things a bit, and there is a real possibility of the new Delta strain causing courts to close again temporarily.I don't want this to evolve into a purely political argument, but how many of you will be evicting tenants and how many, and how many are you working with who are behind and not evicting them?
