I can remember land in Mtn back in the late 70s and 80s was very cheap. so those who bought land there have really made some Monster profits on appreciation..

Robot landlords are coming fast and will disrupt the rental market in my opinion.  

I spoke with someone from Sage (not just a robot), and they said that it should be spelled out in the contract, not much help.

Monster homes, are a also very controversial issue here - essentially illegal mid-sized multifamily new construction often flagrantly violating zoning and building codes.

@Aaron Gorum thank you, I just started listening to the millionaire real estate agent on audio earlier today and the scripts are for when I start cold calling I don’t want to sound like a robot.

An automatic drivable lawn mower so dad doesnt have to push that damn lawn mower in the middle of the jungles in Suriname... crab legs every night... no more looking into my wallet to see if I can afford this can of tuna, eating healthy, travel... finally building my army of robotic minions so I can take over this damn planet, overthrow the orange baboon and become the black baboon so I can stop pretending to be the funny nice guy here on the forums and  become the evil little overlord supreme being 6th element and take my rightful place ruling this little mudball!
