Here are some things you may want to prepare an answer for so you're not caught off guard and so you don't reveal potentially sensitive info.Q: "are you going to kick me out?"

Construction and heavy reno will create/reveal problems you didn't know existed, have a healthy contingency and stomach.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Agreed amigo,Not my style tho mate.I don't reveal crusty dirty laundry hahaUnless it is for the purpose to defend our/my reputation.I have a database full of such folks so maybe when I retire, I'll have some fun with it.By the way, why discriminate against drug addicts?

RENT CONTROL - Every area of the country with rent control has problems with affordable housing for a variety of reasons.

On the topic of the Data Center: To shed a little information without revealing too much: I would beware putting too many of your eggs in that colossal data center basket.

You have never seen it, and do not understand that tax returns reveal all, and the credit report it just one of many ways debt is uncovered and a LLC is simply a vehicle for a business just like any other self employed business.
