Well over the past couple months I wanted to explore other job opportunities with a recruiter just to see what else is out there and what the market would pay me.

Go make a difference in your own community.At the very least, recruit someone you trust and believe in, and do everything you can to help their campaign.I was speaking with a good friend late last night who has taken the plunge and is an official candidate for local office.

But if I start a Syndication is this a possible way for me to enter the high priced MF marketplace in Bronx NY, I am wondering how can I make money as the person who starts a syndication and recruits other veterans like me to partake in a syndication, what headaches will I face with managing it once started, how much work is there involved, what kind of syndications can you specialize with etccc

The only thing that may be a pyramid scheme is how some of the agencies out there are more focused on recruiting agents, than writing new business.

Most of the Federal Law Enforcement agencies send their new recruits to FLETC for their qualifications; also do continuing education/training.

Whereas I think the next step up for my investment strategy will be in more diverse potentially out of state areas where I can recruit third party professional management rather than doing it all myself.  

You can also work on developing a reference program to recruit future tenants. 

A more dignified title.Locator recruiting has been a basis of some of my best deals, deals that produced high equity profits.

There are folks, a couple here on BP, who are adamant the organisation is the best path to a future in real estate investing and there are many here who see it as multi-level marketing scheme designed to make a few at the top of the pyramid wealthy at the expense of those recruited at the entry level.
