Welll... i just recently recieved a nice chunk of change(50,000) from a bad auto-mobile accident i got in a few years ago... i just turned 20.. i've got a good job... and have been planning on investing my money in real estate ever since i thought i might be getting some...I'm thinking about maybe flipping some property...but I'm just trying to figure out a safe way to jump into this.....

I have recieved more response in one day than I have in all of the seminars I have attended.

These can often be purchased by a sealed bid accepted by the "delinquent tax board" which will authorize the sale for a lower amount than the "starting bid" after it has been advertised that a bid has been recieved for XXX number of days in the legal section of the local paper.

There is money/time involved with listing a property, so if it doesnt sell the agent is already out of those fees, little alone recieving no comission or paying comission, thats rediculous.

As for me, I moved to MD with my family Bc my dad recieved a job with the government.
