@Jim Pellerin both I’m tired of being in the rat race at this rate I’ll work till I’m dead and leave nothing for my children.

I write in the lease they need to take care of snow removal and lawn care, though I provide a mower.  

I want to get out of the rat race and the last few days of listening to my coworkers just stress about trying to get promoted for more money or worry about if they go home on leave will they have enough money and so on.

The house next door is typically your redneck trash house with unkept yard ,with trash and broke down cars and lawn mowers in yard .

I enjoy what I do but have always had the entrepreneurial spirit and feel a bit unfulfilled in the "Rat race". 

Signed a contract with contingency about cost of liens and sent to title company, and also signed an assignment to a group of Hispanic investors (including race because of the language barrier).

Of course you should not discriminate by age, race, religious or gender, even age.

But here you are, certain that all you really need is some quick capital and you're off to the races!

I got out of the Marines in 2013 and spent years stuck in the rat race and I am also taking the leap into the path toward financial freedom.
