I found a house that is vacant and has a hole in the window and the city placed a code violation on the window from 12/19 (this is how I know it was vacant)I did a landroll query and found the owners name and address BUT the owner address is the same as the vacant house.

Sounds like a lot of database work and sql queries, far from my level of understanding.

But see, that is my point, these are just details, yes there bewildering nature may look a lot like concern but there is no concern, query yes, uncertainty a plenty for sure, but concern not so much. 

I just queried a couple of lenders and lowest I could get was 3.99% with nearly 1pt.
