Those are fun...I forgot to mention 2 other incidents at my STRs. 1 involved the same prostitute at 3 properties, the other involved 2 strippers. 

Yet in 1995, the po-po caught Hugh in the driver's seat of his BMW getting the old huffer from a prostitute named "Divine Brown," right on the shoulder of Sunset Boulevard.

OK, hearing all these stories makes me wanna jump on the train - I've heard "talking" about it helps ones overcome the trauma ;/ - I had a tenant illegally sublet a unit in one of my triplexes to a prostitute/crack head.

Back in the days before self-adhesive stamps that you had to lick, there used to be a joke about a stamp commemorating prostitution, but I digress.I've actually found pre-printed window envelopes worked well for my business mailings, at least they did for a few years.

I was working at as an apprentice plumber and my fellow workers told me about this place called Tijuana, Mexico which is not very far away were prostitution was cheap and legal.

That being said the end buyer &/or the potential buyer of my property may think twice from buying if severe drug dealing, street prostitution & gunshots are constantly in motion in those areas.

Maybe, he is a male prostitute and my Las Vegas homes had a few female strippers, but at least they converted their dollar bills to cashier checks and paid on-time every month.
