My last few years on the "day job" before I retired, the absolute worst part was looking for and hiring employees. 50% or more would not even show up for the interview they scheduled, and wouldn't let you know. 50% of the ones that did show up were such dead wood when they got in there that it was obvious why they were unemployed.

I prefer a producer driven economy.I hope you guys keep commenting on this thread as I learn alot from your candid non curated opinions I am going to reply a lot but I have to drive nowthis feels like combination of 2001 and 2008the tech sector had reduced employment at least 15% , only 7 companies with highest FCF making money the rest is in live and dead situation ..:: most companies are going to be dead situation now and they are holding cash as the number of orders has been slowing down a lot ….. the number of layoff in trucking sector is worrying becoz they are the front in inflation indicator

I think some PM's feel that the more communication they offer the greater chance the LL is going to micromanage them doing their job..... and sometimes they are dead on right.

I just talked to the management company that handles a few houses at the subdivision we are thinking to buy, she’s saying the honest number of rents revenue is 45-50k, may to August is all the earnings, all other months are pretty much dead.
