We utilize Buildium which seems to pretty organized and easy for our tenants pay their rent through. 

I live in California so buying investment property here is pretty much out of the question right now.

Pretty much think of a commercial loan process as a residential loan process backwards.Lenders do go off the income of the property, but they also do check out the purchaser...3 years tax returns and a personal financial statement. 

I mean me personally I am pretty divided on immigration policies, especially being in housing construction man.

After getting the operators and the deal it is pretty passive.

If you tried to use the app to look at photos of your ads or look at the "charges" for rent payments and such it was pretty much unreadable and would have several glitches making things overlay on top of each other and such.
