Just some food for thought, People will often times use Detroit as a punching bag but I say if you have not tried it don't knock it, heck I have and do try it and I praise and curse it a the same time, but that is with any market if your dealing with tenants. 

You may not outwardly praise RDPD  but the feeling is conveyed.   

Though I havent posted much on here (yet), this man deserves the praise...Props to Jeff Copeland!

These experts continue to push the products and they write books called "Rich Dad Poor Dad" praising the products as good debt and convincing the masses to buy in only to set the entire finance industry up for future implosion.

they should be praising you to the people you refer them.  

I've been effective and highly praised in the various jobs I've held but lose interest when I run out of things to learn, making it dissatisfying to stay with an employer long enough to "climb the ranks."

Little value in not making you all aware of praise worthy posts. 

Knocking all attorneys and then singing the praises of big insurance companies pretty much discredits your guidance.

I also praise BP as the forums and webinars gave us the appropriate information to make our decision.

"BP is full of life insurance trolls" but you just put down term insurance and praised whole life.
