If I know absolutely nothing about cars and I take my car into a mechanic for an air filter change, if they tell me it will take 10 days to fix and bill me $1,000 for labor...that is fraud?

Faith in their ability to create an air tight title policy has him geniunely concerned and so we move on. 

My career is inherently a career of repeat conversations as I do the same transactions and processes over and over but this one always comes back and I felt like it was a worthwhile post to help clear the air for both lenders and clients alike :)

I live in anaheim California, when it's hot out, my upstairs apartment seems to trap all the heat inside since the ceiling is wood beams, it gets so bad that even if I open up all the windows and doors, no air flows through here.

I keep a portable AC (or 2) in storage at my places and whip them out during emergencies for guests.
