Obviously You have other issues going on besides investing and I’d recommend a good marriage counselor and talk with your pastor .

Discuss not in a gloating or bragging way but talking about specifics of past or current deals like purchase price and cash flow.

Would prefer to use someone that comes by recommendation via a past or present client, as she's had to deal with some less than ethical, honest and trustworthy lenders in the past.
