These lenders originate their loans and hold them to maturity, like us, or they might sell them one at a time to an investor like you (?).

Other one is to do collections via an agency, but AFAIK, they need judgement again.

To have your taxes prepared for EACH llc - and YES I strongly suggest you have a tax preparer for your taxes, one that specializes for Real Estate investors. 

At one large single family house with 4  bedrooms the yearly oil was $5,900, as the boiler produced domestic hot water also and ran 24/7/365.
