The taxing officials realize that there is no one around to protest these sorts of increases, so it is always attractive fruit to pick. 

This officially puts you on title as the owner. 

They lobby on Capital Hill, etc on behalf of all us note investors for one. 

I am curios if you declare anything to the city after you did that for the official record ?

I suspect that preserving the occupancy tax cash cow weighs on county officials more than the concerns of their constituents up at the lake.Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining.
