Im sorry, while your concerns are generalized,  you are obviously not an Investor with BAM Capital or know their Company culture to post your concerns here regarding BAM Capital.I am in FUND III & FUND IV with well over 1 million invested over both funds.

How about the simple obvious that the inputs to deliver the service/product have a base-line and market prices have, OBVIOUSLY, been at about as lean of operating profit margins as can be. 

But that's obviously a very inconvenient option.

I would never buy a STR if the deal didn´t have either of the following, in addition to making sense as a STR: A. an obvious pivot (LTR, MTR) as my safety net if the market moves against me or B. have some additional RE benefit that would make it a deal using a different strategy ex.

Obviously this may vary by market but we would not accept partial payments as it does make things more challenging legally if you need to evict them.

It was obviously not an issue of the seller’s lender. 

FreedomSoft doesn't do anything but monetize CL and other obvious public info for their benefit.

Obviously do your own research before asking people on Facebook, but just another way to connect with hosts and see what they do and how they file those STR taxes and maybe some additional helpful info.

So obviously there's some room on those two properties to pull out cash, but it hurts the cash flow that has allowed me to get into and start my business more steadily.
