I’m unsure what kind of notice I need to give them—does it work the same way as residential leases, requiring a 120-day notice?

I have found it is beneficial to rent your smaller homes with the program and your larger homes (same number of bedrooms) in the private market.

We use SNOW plows and SNOW blowers , not ICE plows or ICE blowers .

They did have the equipment to do this, as the old park manager (from the old private owner) is on our tenants board, and he knew the system.

I also noticed you left out an option to park that money in index funds and let it grow.

(yes, some of the Non-QM lenders that do DSCR have FDIC-insured deposits BUT the large, private lenders that have thrived in DSCR over the last few years are not FDIC-insured lenders).
