I'm a newbie wholesaler so let me know if I'm going about this the wrong way but I figure I can get a 5-10K deal if I send out enough offers with my REA.

I’m doing some research on tax sale in GA, a newbie  question if there is a municipal lien or mechanic lien or other personal liens,  will that be wiped out after foreclosure of redemption ?  

Find a newbie and reach out – help them get their first deal.

@Daray Olaleye im a newbie and building up my buyers list and i have a question that no one seems to understand, if/when i have a strong buyers list I'd like to co-wholesale/jv with another wholesaler.

And in my opinion, his book covers everything a newbie needs to understand: from asset selection, to evaluating sponsors, to capital structures.

I'm a newbie myself to the community, but not to real estate!

Given our newbie status, do you think it makes sense for us to invest out of state to begin?
