Not to mention the IRS tax demands, child support, education lapses, not paying license renewal fees, delinquent student loans and on and on from agents who have issues.As you can see it creates a bunch of paper to deal with for a head broker for a little return.

They owned their own home free and clear, but because they were living hand to mouth they let their insurance lapse, and since there was no mortgage company to force insurance coverage, they had continued no insurance for a period of time.The fire started not in their home but in their neighbors house and quickly spread to their home which was very close to the neighbors house.

I looked into the history of Capital Concepts on the Texas state licensing board and found out that since Texas has required licenses they have let their license lapse three times (2011, 2013 and 2016) roughly 50% the time.Capital Concepts knew their license had expired weeks before they told me.
