After spending the past two years learning the ins and outs of underwriting and analyzing deals, I’m ready to take the next step and acquire my first multifamily property (20+ units).I’m looking to connect with like-minded investors who are interested in partnering on this journey.

Tourism (LTR transitioning to STR) and lack of housing  make it a very strong market if you don't mind a niche. 

I recognize there are other ways I could invest this cash (including another property) but I am being mindful of levering myself out too much in the current environment where job losses are more common in my industry (tech).

I would echo this, it is a great REIA and the best place to find local, like-minded individuals and resources. 

If so, would you mind sharing property details (Bed/Baths/# of guests etc.)I am eyeing into Cashiers as well.
