I know they will not as this guy is extremely mentally unstable and getting his fix constantly.

As for people who piled and overpaid in a small handful of markets based on herd mentality and "only invest in vacation markets" advice, yeah, I agree with this post.

@Ahmed Habib wholesaling works or there wouldn't be so many people doing it; I agree with some of the others; you need to approach sellers with a 'problem-solving' mentality; if you focus on helping the seller with their needs, you will have much better success.

I think a lot of people have the mentality that being a Property Management Company's client or a Realtor's client is like buying a T-Shirt.

Many have an entitlement mentality and scam the system for everything they can.Now this is a bit harsh.

These days its too much ¨us and them¨ mentality.

@Noah Bacon, as I look at properties, the 1% is an automatic mental metric that I think about most times but never rely on, especially regarding multifamily.

I know several people here adopt the negative cash flow mentality but Iḿ not one.

ok  further along in the process...I was the high bidder at the bank auction and I have approached the person and offered her cash for keys and she doesn't want money and seems to want to max out time before being evicted.in meeting the her,  she appears to have had a hard life and does not appear to be in great mental health and might have a current or past addiction. 

@Jordan Northrup This is the wrong mentality when it comes to raising money.
