And after about 10 years, your LOC will "modify" or "mature" into a different loan. 

You may think you're being savvy by saving a couple hundred bucks only to have your loan fall apart a week before closing and miss out on your deal.

I would advise to find a lawyer or a attorney that specializes in real estate and throw a couple of bucks there way so that you can get their illegal advice and if you can legally charge them to replace it professionally 100% do that

For example, if you are doing a bathroom over and the window and window trim has lead paint underneath, it is only a few hundred bucks to replace that window and trim in connection with the rehab. 

Regardless, I would highly recommend paying the extra few bucks other insurance companies charge and go with an Insurance provider that gets you what you need when you need it.

Here's my next step:Since the exact market is still up in the air, I'll need to research the viability of BRRRR in each of the potential locations (Fort Wayne, Twin Cities, Denver, Bucks County, PA, and West Chester, PA).
