I would pay those if I were looking to do a complicated tax structure that you needed somebody knowledgeable in the ins and outs of some truly intricate tax concepts, how to apply them and how to keep them legit.If you're looking for somebody to help you with a MFH, an entity set up and some bookkeeping and tax work - well - to be honest, at those rates, you'd better get golden paperclips attached to your papers and a massage while you sit in your appointment.

After ripping all of that out, we will need to decide if we go easy with an acrylic/fiberglass 3 pc tub surround OR the more difficult job of tiling the whole thing above the tub.FACTS: We have never tiled before.

Suppose.... you were getting a hot oil massage, idk, just came to mind, and at the door it reads "$85/hr" but once the massage was over she bills you $100 stating there's a $15 materials charge for the hot oil.

She has zero interest in Real Estate.. compare that to some mid west factory... your not going to find fully functioning restaurant in the facility feeding people for FREE .. free day care FRee massages etc etc.
