It will require some manpower to process the court data into a mailing list; but probably worth it given your narrow focus on older landlords.

make some phone calls to the agent or broker, don't list it, it will save you bucks anyway.On my end though, I like to concentrate on the big picture, acquiring projects, managing manpower, calling suppliers for better prices.

I can only offer manpower and my drafting skills at the moment.

Now, with that said, I don't know how BP could moderate that without massive manpower, costing them a lot of money.

I have formed a partnership with a good friend who has his own construction company and manpower.

Basically Boeing builds the planes and we do all the heavy maintenance on them. in the planning department we develop the maintenance manpower, material, and project flow for the whole check.

I was presented with an opportunity to purchase a multi family with fire damage at a pretty cheap price cash only.Although I am tempted to purchase it to rehab as a buy an hold, I don't have the man power at this time because we are in the thralls of another rehab.What are my options?
